The challenge
Running security across more than one site multiplies every problem. Two sets of cameras, two alarm systems, two lists of who's allowed in — and no single view of any of it.
Heidelberg Offices needed more than equipment at each location. The business has staff who need routine daily access and contractors who need access on different terms — a distinction most off-the-shelf setups handle badly, if at all. And with people coming and going, any system that made adding or removing someone a chore was going to be abandoned within months.
They also needed to know what was happening at either site without being there.
